FHTAGN steht unter der Open Game License und ist frei für jeden verwendbar.

Die Open Game License (OGL) erlaubt die freie Verwertung der ihr unterstellten Werke. Sie unterscheidet zwei Bereiche.

  1. Open Game Content (OGC)
    Im Wesentlichen sind hier Spiel- und Regelmechanismen gemeint.
  2. Product Identity (PI)
    Alle ursprünglichen Produktnamen oder -logos, aber auch Kreaturen, Charaktere, Konzepte, Grafiken, usw.

Mittels der OGL erlaubt der Urheber eines Werkes dessen Verwendung durch Dritte, wobei die OGL quasi vererbt wird und auch das Werk des Dritten unter OGL stehen muss. Des Weiteren ist jede Nennung oder Veränderung von PI untersagt, es sei denn, es liegt eine explizite Genehmigung durch den Rechteinhaber der PI vor.

  • Füge den vollständigen Text der Open Game License in dein Produkt ein.
  • Ersetze den Abschnitt 15 der OGL durch folgenden Text.
  • Ersetze innerhalb des Textes die eckigen Klammern durch einen für dich passenden Teil.
